Meet the Team

The Property Amigos was established to revolutionise property investment. We saw a market gap for a platform that managed serviced accommodations, sourced profitable property deals, and provided collaborative investment opportunities. Combining our expertise in property management and investment, we created a reliable resource for investors. Our focus on joint ventures and maximising returns has established our reputation as a trusted partner in the sector.

Co-Founder and Director
I’m Joseph Newland, a property entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Property Amigos Services Ltd. As the host of the Bristol Inner Circle—one of the UK’s leading property networking events under the Samuel Leeds Academy—I have worked alongside Jay to build a thriving community for property investors and enthusiasts.
Our journey began at the Samuel Leeds Academy, where we first met and later joined forces to establish Property Amigos Services Ltd. Recognizing the growing demand for property investment in the South West, we have since expanded our operations across England and Wales. Now, we are also exploring opportunities in international markets.
In addition to Property Amigos, Jay and I have also teamed up to run Quarrie House, a guest house that reflects our commitment to high-quality serviced accommodation. We are dedicated to providing exceptional stays for guests while ensuring strong returns for investors in the hospitality sector.
I also hold a BA Honours degree in Business Management, which has been instrumental in shaping our business strategy and growth.

I’m Jay Guthrie, Co-Founder of Property Amigos and Co-Host of the Bristol Inner Circle networking event. Since launching Property Amigos Services Ltd, Joseph and I have been driven by a shared goal—to inspire and support people in becoming successful property investors by providing all the essential services they need.
Passionate about helping others achieve their property goals, we have expanded our company across the UK. Now, we are also exploring international opportunities, building strong connections to simplify the investment process for our clients. Our mission is to offer a trusted platform for landlords and investors at every stage of their journey, making property investment more accessible and rewarding.
Personally, I am particularly keen on finding Below Market Value (BMV) deals, Buy, Refurbish, Refinance (BRR) strategies, and property flips. I thrive on identifying high-potential opportunities that deliver strong returns for investors.
